PVC fiberglass sleeving product is non-alkali fiber woven and coated with PVC resin, plasticizing made of electrical insulation paint tube. It has good softness, flexibility, insulation, and chemical resistance, wiring insulation and mechanical protection for electrical, electronics, instruments, radios and other devices.
檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)( Test) :
1.外觀：漆管的涂層均勻、表面光滑，不應(yīng)有影響產(chǎn)品性能的缺陷。
Appearance: paint tube coating is uniform, smooth surface, the defects should not affect product performance.
2.長(zhǎng)度：長(zhǎng)度1000mm，允許偏差±10mm2，
Length: Length 1000mm, allowable deviation of±10mm.
3.內(nèi)徑和壁厚不低于下表標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
The inner diameter and wall thickness are not less than the standard of the following table. 4.性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn) (Performance standard) :
（1）耐溫（temperature resistance）：105℃
（2）熱處理后的彎曲：涂層不裂開(kāi)、不脫離
Heat treatment after bending: the coating does not crack, or separate.
（3）低溫下彎曲性：涂層不裂開(kāi)、不脫離
Low temperature bending: the coating does not crack, or separate.
（4）2715-Ⅲ擊穿電壓：中值1.5KV，室溫下不低于1.2KV。
Breakdown voltage: in value 1.5KV, at room temperature is not less than 1.2KV.
（5）白色、白底綠條、白底紅條white, green, white, white with red strips.
